A crazy day in Auckland

Today two trees got the chop at the front.
5 guys, 2 chain saws, and a chipper going flat tack.
View is changing as we speak.
Can see Mount Victoria from all the windows facing that way. Amazing.

A Grey Day in Christchurch

Well. It wasn't that grey.
But it started that way last night with a magnitude 4 shake.
Just enough to rattle the pictures. Didn't shake my nerves much though.
Then I watched the French beat the Croatians. Well. I watched the last half.
Then I went for a run - and the sun came up.
Fantastic.
